Vitality members can earn 25 Vitality points a day for walking 10000 steps and recording it with a Jawbone UP wristband wristband.

  • You can buy a Jawbone UP wristband from Yihaodian at a 30% Vitality discount.
  • Jawbone UP wristbands can be used with different types of smart phones. Click here for all the phone types. (Please note that this product is not suitable for use in wet environments such as rain, steam, swimming pools, and rainwater.)
  • You can earn 25 Vitality points a day for an exercise session with your Jawbone UP wristband. An exercise session is walking 10 000 steps or more a day.
  • Vitality physical activity partners include gym outlets and fitness monitors (Fitbug, Polar, miCoach, Belter, and Lovefit). You can use of any of the Vitality physical activity partners to get active. You can only earn a maximum of 25 Vitality points from one of them on a day.
  • In each year, you can earn a maximum of 9 125 Vitality points for completing a Vitality Fitness Assessment and for doing exercise at one of the gym outlets or by using a fitness monitor.
  • To ensure your earn your Vitality points, we suggest you upload the data you record to your UP app every day.
  • If you uploaded data for an exercise session (10 000 steps), your 25 Vitality points will be awarded the next day.
  • To earn Vitality points, you have to link your Jawbone UP wristband your valid Vitality membership. No Vitality points will be awarded for exercise sessions recorded before you link your Jawbone UP wristband and app to Vitality.
  • You can buy several Jawbone UP wristband, but only one can be linked to your Vitality membership (for each person older than 18) at a time to earn points.
  • You will only earn Vitality points while your Vitality membership is valid.
  • Only Vitality members older than 18 can earn Vitality points using this device.
  • Ping An Health can decline or deduct Vitality points earned using a Jawbone UP wristband, including but not limited to the following:
    A. If we have reason to believe you intentionally linked another person's pedometer to your Vitality membership
    B. If you have allowed other people to use your registered pedometer so that you can earn points
    C. If you have provided false or misleading information.
