The Vitality Fitness Assessment


Step 1: Complete the Vitality Fitness Assessment Questionnaire online to ensure that you can do the assessment.
Step 2: Book your assessment
  • Choose a place to complete the Vitality Fitness Assessment, including Ikang, Meinian, Dajiankang and Rger
  • Book your assessment by calling 400-8833-663#2 at least three days before your planned Vitality Fitness Assessment.
  • Remember that your assessment must be done within 30 days of completing the Vitality Fitness Assessment Questionnaire online.
  • Provide your membership number and the same identity certificate you used for enrollment when making your booking.
Step 3: Prepare for the Vitality Fitness Assessment
  • Do not eat any food for at least 90 minutes before the assessment.
  • Do not smoke for at least 30 minutes before the blood pressure test.
  • Avoid drinking coffee for at least three hours before the assessment.
  • Do not drink alcohol for at least 24 hours before the assessment.
  • Avoid intense physical exercise on the day of and the day before the assessment.
  • Wear clothes suitable for exercise when doing the assessment.
Step 4: Start the Vitality Fitness Assessment
  • Sign the Letter of Consent for the Vitality Fitness Assessment.
  • Complete the following assessment items in the order below:
    1) Measurement of basic indicators
    2) Step test
    3) Sit-and-reach test
    4) Functional stretch test
    5) Sit-up test
    6) Push-up test
  • Receive your Vitality Fitness Assessment Report after the fitness assessment center employee has entered your results into their system.
  • After you finish your Vitality Fitness Assessment, you can review or download your electronic Vitality Fitness Assessment Report.
  • Vitality points will be loaded onto your Vitality account and will reflect on your Vitality Points Monitor one day after you have finished Vitality fitness assessment.
